The Life Management Program (LMP) is a non-profit initiative that provides scholarships for people to gain the tools to discover their values and goals, which helps build a strong sense of self that will contribute to the advancement of society overall. Oftentimes, people go through their entire lives without taking the time to explore themselves by thinking through their values, goals, and how to reach them. PACE understands that such self-understanding is not taught in schools and is often overlooked in many professional settings. As the premier institute in Leadership and Management training, PACE has developed Vietnam's first program on life management that is based on sound management theory and research.

Through sound life management theory and practices, PACE aims to equip adults and students, including the less privileged, with critical skills and knowledge to manage their lives better so that they can succeed and reach their fullest potential.
