How to plan strategy and communicate your strategy clearly to all
individuals at all levels in your organization? The answer lies in the "Strategy Maps".
This is also the most effective tool to connect the daily work of individuals
with the organization's vision, mission, objectives, and strategy.
On September 11, 1962, President John F. Kennedy visited the NASA space center. He noticed a cleaner carrying a broom, he walked over to the man and asked what he was doing. The cleaner responded: “Mr. President, I’m helping put a man on the moon and bring him back safely”. This showed that, at NASA, the organization's mission, goals and strategies were clearly communicated so that each individual in the organization, regardless of their position and what their job was, understood and was aware of how their role really contributed to the mission of the organization.
Regardless of a big or small business, it is difficult to come up with a breakthrough and feasible strategy, but for that strategy to go into work and daily life, not only leadership and management, but also the most ordinary employees, it is even more difficult. If that problem is not solved, the business will soon lead to the situation "attempt to climb the ladder, but the ladder is leaning against the wrong wall". That means, although the members of the team are also working hard for the job, but it does not bring much value to the overall goals and strategies of the organization.
Understand the challenges and desires of businesses in planning and communicating strategy, PACE Institute of Management and Balanced Scorecard Vietnam have designed and developed the “Strategy Maps" training program.
This is a highly interactive program, to help business leaders and managers to understand strategy maps, the importance of strategy maps, know how to plan and map strategy. Thereby it helps the organization's strategy is communicated clearly and go into each individual's daily work at all levels throughout the organization easily (Bring strategy down to earth).
