AI solutions in HR are not only limited to automating repetitive tasks but also extend to processing and analyzing vast amounts of HR data, enabling the department to make strategic decisions that benefit both HR and the broader organization.
However, in Vietnam, the adoption of AI in HR is still in its initial stages, with significant limitations, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. Recognizing these challenges, the PACE Institute Management, in collaboration with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), is hosting the SHRM Webinar: “ELEVATING HR PRACTICES WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE”, tailored specifically for the Vietnamese HR community. - He is also the Vice President of HR Strategy and Transformation for Oracle Corporation in the Asia-Pacific region and formerly held the role of General Manager at IBM Kenexa.
- With over 25 years of international experience spanning India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, he has held senior leadership positions at global organizations like Gallup Inc., IBM Smarter Workforce, Tata Group, and Manpower.
