Part I: Planning to realize goals

  • Distinguish goals and targets; 
  • Planning process:
    • Set goals;
    • Identify work items to be done to realize the goals;
    • Define the work sequence and draw the sequence diagram for implementing work items;
    • Assign works;
    • Estimate the time to complete the work items;
    • Use PERT diagram and Critical Path;
    • Use GANTT chart;
    • Define the time to perform work items;
    • Make an action plan.

Part II: Control of Implementation and Reporting

  • Develop a control plan; 
  • Identify the milestones; 
  • Set up control tables; 
  • Manage risks in implementation; 
  • Reporting system.
