Program's message

Production is the main value-added part of any manufacturing plant. Therefore, the Production management role is extremely important. A production manager must deal with almost every aspect of production related to production: people management, process management, machine/tool/equipment management, quality management, material management, inventory management, production plan management, etc.

However, production management staff, despite having good professional qualifications but lack of managerial skills, leads to many of the above activities being stuck, and as a result, production costs are always high meanwhile the profits are low, in addition to causing dissatisfaction and internal division.

With the experience of experts with 25 years working in the manufacturing field in multinational companies, PACE School of Production Management (a member of PACE Institute of Management) has designed the program “Effective Production Management” for Production Management (Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader) to transfer knowledge and practical experience of production to production managements, helping them acquire skills and necessary experience to minimize production costs and maximize profits, at the same time create a dynamic, professional production environment, high spirit of teamwork,  etc., for the sustainable development of the company.
