Job description

General management of HR, Administration and Office management activities of the organization.
Operate the entire administrative division of the organization and manage the general administrative team.
Administrative representative to receive information and coordinate to solve inter-departmental issues.
Advise the Board of Directors on all matters related to personnel and administration of the organization.
Other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.

Job requirements

Have at least 3 - 5 years of experience as a manager in the field of Administration, Human Resources & Office Administration in enterprises.
Ability to manage a team, cover and withstand high work pressure.
Ability to build trust, build consensus, and inspire.
External ability, creativity, progress, responsibility and dedication to work
