Job description
  • Manage sales teams to develop relationship with corporate clients (multinational corporations, leading corporations … in Vietnam) and to provide them world-class solutions from PACE and PACE's global partners; Be a problem-solver for clients on strategy, management, leadership development, professional skills…
  • Develop business strategies and plans which enable sales team to develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients and ensure to provide perfect services and supports to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop plans and take ultimate responsibility for training, coaching, tracking the performance of the business units under his/her charge.
  • Collaborate closely with Board of Academy in customer transactions and development.

  • Take care of existing customer businesses and accompany them in choosing the right training solutions for them.
  •  Listen, learn and collect information about customers to promptly propose solutions that are suitable for their organization and team development.
  • Coordinate the parties in implementing the course for businesses according to the plan effectively.
  •  Ensure impeccable service delivery and subsequent support to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Job description
  • Delivering solutions/programs as a trainer/facilitator/lecturer to corporate clients in one or some of the contents in general management or functional management including Leadership & Management; Human Resource & Talent Development; Finance & Accounting; Marketing & Branding; Sales & Customer Service; Supply Chain; Production & Operation; Project Management; Soft Skills / Professional Skills; and others.
  • Participating in customizing solutions/programs based on your specific areas of expertise to meet client’s needs while having opportunities at PACE to develop your capacity and get certified in world-class training programs of PACE’s global partners.
Job requirements
  • Teaching experience is preferred but not required; strong communication and passion to be a professional trainer are a must.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the field(s) that you want to teach when you become PACE’s professional trainer.
  • Willing to deliver workshops in the evenings or on the weekends on a part-time basis or be able to work as a full-time trainer at PACE
