5S is a fundamental foundation for implementing an effective quality assurance system. It is built on a simple yet powerful principle: when people work in a clean, organized, well-ventilated, and convenient environment, they feel more motivated, focused, and productive.

For this reason, 5S is an essential management tool for any organization aspiring to achieve world-class standards. While 5S has been successfully adopted by numerous Japanese companies and global enterprises, its implementation in Vietnam remains limited.
