Krista Pederson – Managing Director, Hogan Assessments
Chairperson, Asia Association of Test Publishers Steering Board

• Ms. Krista Pederson is the Managing Director for Asia-Pacific at Hogan Assessments, with over 20 years of experience in international business and fluency in Mandarin. She is currently focusing on business development and expanding Hogan’s brand presence across Asia.
• She represents Hogan at numerous international conferences such as the Association of Test Publishers (ATP), Assessment Innovation Conference, the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP) in Japan, and the DDI Conference in Shanghai. Krista also collaborates closely with Hogan’s Data Science team to localize assessment reports to different cultures.
• In 2024, she was appointed Chairperson of the Asia Association of Test Publishers Steering Board (AATP) after 8 years of contribution, including organizing conferences to honor leading test publishers in the region.
• Krista is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change (ODC) at Fielding Graduate University, where she also earned her Master’s degree. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Humanities & Arts from Baylor University and received an Honors Certificate from Tsinghua University.

Tong Thi Nhi Ha – Solution Expert of TAV, SHRM Instructor
• Ms. Tong Thi Nhi Ha is a training and consulting expert in the fields of human resource management, talent development, competency framework design, and employee assessment & coaching.
• With over 25 years of experience, including nearly 20 years as HR Director for both local companies and international corporations such as Rex Hotel, InterContinental Asiana Saigon, Sofitel Saigon Plaza, New World Saigon, Central Group Vietnam, and Marriott International.
•  She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University (USA) and the SHRM-SCP certification – the Senior Certified Professional credential from SHRM (USA).
• Ms. Ha is also a Hogan-certified trainer qualified to deliver professional training in interpreting Hogan’s assessment reports.
• Currently, she is a Consultant and Trainer at PACE Institute of Management and Talent Assessments Vietnam.
