The pandemic has brought about many crisis in not only the health, the economic but also the cultural, political and social, which will create many challenges for businesses, especially for with HR professionals in many fields.
One of those challenges is employee engagement. A high level of employee engagement will increase the ability to retain employees for the business, promote customer loyalty, and improve business efficiency. However, according to an Anphabe study in Vietnam, only 13.8% of employees are actually engaged with the company, 46.9% of employees are engaged, 36.8% are apathetic and 2.5% are very not mounted.

It is both the pressure and the impetus for HR professionals to "redefine" and form a "career portrait" of international standards to continue to contribute to success for themselves and and for the organization.
